Opening doors for our students

At St. Catherine’s, university and career guidance is a personalised journey of self-discovery, academic exploration, and professional preparation.

Known internally as the Futures Team, our university and career counsellors work alongside Upper School staff, students and their families to help every student navigate their path to higher education.

From discovering professional interests and securing work experience to building competitive international applications, Futures provides the guidance and global network students need to take their next steps with confidence.

"Our mission at Futures is to empower every student to discover where their passions lie and equip them with the tools, confidence, and real-world experience needed to thrive in higher education and future careers around the world. We don't just help students apply to universities—we help them build a foundation for life."

Guiding Who They Are to Where They'll Flourish

Great university outcomes aren't built on guesswork—they happen when a student's authentic strengths, interests, and personal values meet the right academic environment. At Futures, we bring early career exploration and strategic university guidance together to help every student discover where they will truly excel and thrive.

By connecting real-world workplace experience with tailored academic planning, we ensure that every GCSE choice, IB subject, and application strategy is purposefully aligned to open the right doors for your child's future.
